provides 2nd business day delivery; (an order

for RUSH shipping, including the RUSH handling
charge of $7.50, will not exceed $28 for an order of
less than $200 value within the continental US unless
shipment by US Postal Service is required.
RUSH shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, and for
international orders can be much more expensive.
We will email the cost to you and request your
approval before we proceed with your order.
Shipping Charges may be higher if your order
requires shipment via the US Postal Service (ex.: P.O.
Box or University Box). We will notify you and
request your approval before we process your order in

EXCHANGE POLICY:
It happens: "Oops - that's not what I meant to order!" Fret not - it’s easy:
1. Visit our website www.mollard.com or call us (800 842 2866) to determine the shipping costs to send you your replacement items.
2. Re-pack your items. Please include a note telling us what items you really want, where to ship them, and your contact information in case we have questions for you. Be sure to include a check, money order or credit card number (with correct card name, billing address and expiration date) to cover return shipping.
3. Send us your package either by insured US mail (to our PO Box address) or by UPS (to our physical address). When we receive your package, and everything is clear to us, we will promptly ship you the replacement items. If you include a check for return shipping, please allow 10 business days for check clearance. Obviously credit card payment is the fastest!
